2.Working Principle
Wire Section: Typically consisting of two types, cylinder mould wire and fourdrinier wire. Its primary function is to remove water from the wet paper. From a safety perspective, it's essential to ensure that the wire section equipment meets safety standards to minimize the risk of injuries to operators. Regular inspections should be conducted to maintain safe operation.
Press Section: The press section's role is to extract water from the wet paper. Safety measures should be implemented to ensure the safe operation of pressing equipment, reducing the risk of injuries to operators. Adequate training and guidance should also be provided to minimize the potential for accidents.
Dryer Section: The dryer section is responsible for drying the paper. To ensure safety, regular cleaning of drying equipment should be conducted to prevent the accumulation of combustible materials. Additionally, maintaining the proper functioning of equipment reduces the risk of fire hazards.
Reeling Section: The reeling section winds the paper into large rolls. To ensure the safety of operators, regular inspections of reeling machinery should be performed to ensure stable operation and prevent paper jams.
