It features a vacuum suction device, vacuum press, and two large diameter pressing units that improve press nip width, dewatering wet sheet strength, and finished paper density. Each press is equipped with top and bottom felts for dewatering and cleaning, while the frame is constructed with durable stainless steel. The machine utilizes hydraulic cylinder pressure for stability and sufficient pressure, ensuring reliable performance. 

 

                    Drying Section 
The dryer group, consisting of 3 1500 mm dryers and 30 1800 mm dryers, is equipped with scrapers for optimal performance. The stainless steel structure frame and small gearbox drive with 14 points ensure durability and reliability. Each stem network features automatic correctors and electric tighteners for precise operation. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a threading device for seamless production. 

Sizing Section 

With a durable stainless steel structure, this machine offers innovative solutions for corrugated paper manufacturing. The glue applicator with a diameter of 1005 mm ensures precise application, while the pressurized corrugated tube guarantees consistent results.
