Main Structure
1) Headbox
This Kraft paper machine is supplied with an open headbox that consists of the taper pipe, stepped diffuser, rectifier roll and box. The top and lower lips of the slice are made of stainless steel. The top lip can be adjusted both fully and locally.
2) Forming Section (Wet End)
The fourdrinier table comes with a length of 20,000mm. With the exception of the bearing block, which is made of aluminum alloy, the table frame is completely welded from structural steel, and externally covered by a layer of 1.5mm stainless steel. The forming section of the corrugated paper machine consists of the breast roller, forming board, foils, suction boxes, vacuum couch roll, table roll, corrector, wire lightener, and edge warping device.
3) Press Section
The press section is comprised of a vacuum suction pickup roll and three suction rolls. The paper from this section comes with a dryness of 40% or more.
4) Dryer Section
The cardboard paper machine is equipped with 30 φ1500mm dry cylinders in the dryer section. They are arranged in a 6+6+6+6+6 mode. In each group, there is a cooling cylinder, driven by five dry felts.
5) Calender and Winding Machine
The paper machine for packaging and wrapping paper uses a three roll calender and horizontal paper winding machine.
6) Drive and Control Section
The paper machinery uses an AC variable frequency sectional drive system and an all-digital closed loop control system.

2. Polystyrene foam plate wrapped around.
3. Wrapped with tighted plastic films several circles.
4. Fixed machine on the fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.
5. Wrapped with wooden board around and nailed on.
