Equipment process:
Head box--Fourdrinier part--Drying section--Winding machine--put in storage
1. Headbox:
The headbox use the air-cushioned headbox so that the work speed can be faster than the open-type headbox. The enclose wall of the air-cushioned headbox is polished by the stainless steel. It have the stainless steel holy roll and use the tapered pipe inlet and organic glass diffuser headbox pulp, pulp can be distributed evenly . Upper lip plate with a total harmonic tuning mechanism to adjust the lip opening .
2. Fourdrinier section:
The fourdrinier table length is 6000mm by the steel welding structure. It's the cantilever draping type rack and equipped with the guide roll, tightener, corrector, dewatering device and spray pipe. Diameter of 650mm breast roll and diameter of 750mm couch are in the fourdrinier section.
3. Dryer section:
The dryer section is mainly made up of three-meters dryer, breath gas hood and frames.
(1) The three meters dryer is casting. Inside of it can transmit steam. The two sides of the dryer are gyration coupling. One side helps air inlet and the other helps dewater. And the dryer is also equipped with bearing crust.
(2) Breath gas hood: Its frame is profile steel weld and beset with stillstand material. The inner cover and outer cover are stainless steel board. There are four air ports. Two of those are air outlets and two are air intakes.
(3) The frames are also profile steel weld and the surface is coated with rust preventing paint.
**The dryer is also equipped with touch roll, touch roll press device, carrying roll, corrector tightener, vacuum box and air knife.
4. Drive:
The whole machine's power is 104.5kw,it owns 3 drive points. The driver is equipped with gear reducer and shaft coupling
